The Desk of Tom is an independent publication (a blog) launched in November 2022 by me, Tom Hill. I write about software engineering, leadership, and management in general. This site is currently free to access and open to all, but any donations to help pay for my time and the cost of maintenance would be appreciated. In the future I may add premium/exclusive content that will take a deeper look at specific topics.
